...bassist John Leitham showed that he is quite capable of carving out some interesting musical turf of his own. Trio expanded the dimensions of excerpts from Bach and Ravel - in themselves quite artfully intertwined - with some jazz-world improvisation, with Leitham in particular pouring considerable emotion and inventiveness into the presentation.
